OK, so the slot is not bad, but on the other hand it is not going to go down as one of history's classic either. I was asking myself the question - why is Treasure Room not a classic, when the sound and graphics are so good?

One complaint about Treasure Room slots, which would also apply to many other Betsoft games, is why they show all the lines before you spin the reels. I guess it is because this never happens in Vegas casino slots, that I find it a little irritating.

The other thing, which is probably the major problem, is all the symbols look like they could be big winners. It is hard to discriminate between what is going to be a good vs a bad win. This small but really important point matters a lot, because without that, you get no sense of anticipation when the good symbols come in, which is vital to make you come back again and again.

For example, the map symbol looks like it should be one that pays out big but is in fact, one of the worst symbols in the game when it comes to payouts. You soon learn in this game that what you see is not what you get.

When I searched slots forums I found other people that thought the same thing, so I am glad it's not just me!
