Like a lot of the Betsoft slots, you can't help but feel that there has been more effort put into making the game look amazing and sound great, than there has in the game play itself.

I often wonder whether they just got one template and then made loads of games based on that single template, without actually researching what players actually like in their games.

Of course, it might be that these games are not designed for traditional Vegas players and that they are most suited to players in other countries. Perhaps this is the style of game that Europeans love?

Overall, Gladiator by Betsoft is not a bad game, but it is not one of the best. At first it seems amazing, but I have to say that after a couple of minutes I found myself wanting to play WMS slots instead, for those little touches in game play that make them so good to play.
